By accessing noona.site or engaging Noona, you confirm you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services. These terms apply to all visitors, users and clients.

Noona is a supervised AI worker: it learns a recurring task once and then runs it weekly across email, files and tools, with human approval where it matters. Carbon Smart Europa SRL offers discovery calls, workflow scoping, deployment and ongoing operating runs under separate written agreements. Content on this site (articles, guides, framework, runtime demo) is offered for informational purposes only and does not create a contractual or individual advisory relationship on its own.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, diagrams, framework, runtime console screenshots, downloadable files — is the property of Carbon Smart Europa SRL (or of our collaborators, with their consent) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may access, read and save the content for personal, non-commercial use. You are not allowed to: (a) copy, redistribute, edit or sell the content without our written consent; (b) use our materials on behalf of other brands, products or services; (c) reproduce the structure of the Noona methodology, framework or runtime in your own commercial offerings.

• Do not send spam, attempt to compromise site security or post offensive, discriminatory or unlawful messages
• Do not distribute materials that may harm the site, its users or the Noona brand reputation
• Do not impersonate others, do not submit false information when registering and do not use temporary email addresses
• Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or booking a call
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Carbon Smart Europa SRL and our collaborators

The initial discovery call (usually 30 minutes, booked via the Brevo flow at /book) is offered free of charge, with no obligation to contract further services. Paid engagements (Noona deployment, operating runs, training) are subject to separate agreements, agreed individually with each client. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel calls with reasonable notice.

We make significant efforts to keep the site running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that (a) the site will always be 100% available, fast or error-free; (b) all information will always be up to date to the second; (c) any third-party service we reference (Brevo for booking, Google Analytics for measurement, Lovable Cloud for hosting, WhatsApp for contact) will work flawlessly across every browser or device. If you encounter technical issues, write to hello@noona.site and we will fix them as quickly as possible.

Your data is safe with us. We comply with applicable legislation (including GDPR) and we have a clear Privacy Policy you can read on the site. We do not sell, share or use your data for hidden purposes.

Use of the site and of published resources is at your own risk. Noona is provided on an "as is" basis, without guaranteeing specific business outcomes. We cannot be held liable for: (a) decisions you make based on the information or demos we provide; (b) financial, operational or reputational losses indirectly resulting from the use of our resources; (c) issues caused by third-party services we integrate with. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the past 12 months. We recommend you always exercise judgement and seek specialised professional advice where appropriate (legal, tax, compliance).

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the last modification is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the new conditions.
